If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 10 days of delivery by email or phone +64 3 365 8732.

Please supply the Specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number. allblacks.com will make every reasonable effort to replace or credit the item in a timely manner.

We will cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

Credit

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. If an Online Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied to your Online Gift Certificate. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
